The only positive aspect of this restaurant is that it has been recently renovated. However, that's where the compliments end. This Arby's location is consistently understaffed, particularly in the evenings where I often see only one person handling all the tasks. The employees appear unprofessional and inattentive. Waiting times are typically around 20 minutes, and during my visit tonight, the staff member who handed me my food carelessly tossed my bag around. Additionally, the parking situation is also subpar. Overall, I would advise against visiting this restaurant as it is a waste of time.
You always have to move around and wait. Even if nobody stands behind me. Every time. Why don't you just let me wait at the window? And my job is missing almost every time. I think I'm going up to two miles from now on.
The restaurant is situated conveniently across from Shelby ER, but be warned - the food is so unpleasant that you may end up getting sick afterwards. The place is in such poor condition that it should be closed down.
Don’t waste your time coming here. Service is horrible. Waited over 10 mins for meals I ordered in the drive thru, only to walk in and find out they haven’t made the food. First and last time, at this location.

Food is a hit or miss being cold. Closes whenever they want just another garbage poor management ownership fast food place who clearly does not care about the customer or honoring there posted hours.
Have called and went by this location the last 2 nights well before it says they close (1am) just for no one to answer the phone and no one to take my order. I even showed up before midnight.
I was disappointed this morning when I found out that they couldn't serve breakfast because they ran out of eggs. What a letdown!
It's good food, but the last two times they screwed up our orders. But they did good for mess.
