After the white car in front of us finally left, it was our turn to order. I've rarely experienced service this bad. The employee at the window seemed confused and asked, "Sir, what did you tell him?" about our order, then went back to the screen. We saw my son's Happy Meal being handed over, but they struggled to fold the box properly. They returned to the screen, then came back asking us to repeat our order. My husband did, but then they mistakenly said we had ordered two frappes instead of one and asked if caramel was okay since they were out of mocha.
Eventually, they gave us the McDouble and fries. We asked if we could swap the McFlurry for something else. An employee called the manage...
I came here to apologize : this is the b that needed nuggets/tenders this morning. The signage made things very difficult. There is a sign posted stating the lunch items that are also served morning, noon, and night. I was told to come back at 10:30. This was breakfast time. 8:30am. I've been wanting to write this review for a while, and today I had to go back through the line yet again for something I paid for. I've never received everything I ordered from this location. It's the closest McDonald's to me, so I come here fairly often unless I want to drive far for a squashed burger. The staff always seem to have an attitude and often struggle to fulfill an order. To make matters worse, they somehow managed to overcook my chicken while still serving it cold and mushy. Even by McDonald's standards, this place is disappointing.
I can't believe that you don't speak English yet still got upset because you messed up my order. I clearly requested a hot McCafe item, and the young male cashier confirmed my order three times before passing it on to the older male employee. However, the older worker got it wrong. When I asked about it, he admitted that he had heard the younger cashier state the correct order but decided to make it his way instead. I don’t like to argue with people who have communication difficulties, so I just accepted what was made and went on to my class.

This location I would describe as bootlegged . I read on the receipt that it is privately owned or something like that, yet they give you the information to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Every time I complete one and try to redeem it for afree item, I am told that they can 't find my code number for completing it on MCDONALD 'S website. Seems to be a counterfeit location. Location is the only reason I visit near work and Credit Union.
I ordered a cheeseburger, medium fries, a medium drink, and a crispy chicken sandwich through the mobile app. My husband liked his cheeseburger and fries, but my chicken sandwich was a letdown – it was dry, burnt, and charred. The buns were burnt too!
Most of the time when we visit The Foundry Thrift Store, we grab lunch at McDonald's. The store is consistently clean and offers a pleasant experience.
This is the best McDonald's in the area. The service is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently accurate!
