I was just passing through the area and decided to place an online order through the restaurant's website. When I arrived, I encountered a long line of cars stretching out onto the street, estimated to have about 8-10 vehicles. I attempted to go inside to pick up my order, but the door was locked, and I couldn't get anyone's attention. After several unsuccessful tries, I realized I had no choice but to join the line of cars. This resulted in a wait of 43 minutes, and by the time I finally got my food, it was stale. I usually enjoy Popeyes, but this experience was quite disappointing. It would be beneficial if they could pause online orders during busy times to help avoid such lengthy waits.
Once again, the food I ordered was good. However, there was an issue with my order: my wife's chicken sandwich was missing. Since I live far from the restaurant, I couldn't go back to address this with the indifferent staff. Unfortunately, this is the only Popeyes in the area. While I do enjoy the food, the service seems to be actively discouraging my return, as I've had similar issues on two other occasions. Additionally, customers cannot check their orders before leaving because the restaurant only offers drive-thru service. I prefer Zaxby's for their better service and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
The customer service at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is generally poor, except for one manager who wears a bun and is helpful. The manager with braids was quite rude and seemed unhappy to be at work. My experience was typical for Popeyes: they are often out of items or don’t complete your order properly but still ask you to pull forward. On the bright side, they gave me all the sauces I wanted. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from their menu through DoorDash, as picking up your food allows you to address any mistakes directly. For example, my kids' meal arrived without a toy, fries, or juice.
You have a very bad customer service with the exception of a manager wearing a bread. The manager with the refugees is very rude and very upset to be at work. The experience was very normal for me at Popeyes, they are either from something or end Do not take your order and still say to draw. They gave me all the sauces I wanted, so it's good. I wouldn't recommend eating here about Dash door, but your food will get you to say the things that are wrong. Children's meal came without toys, no frits or no juice.

Inside, the restaurant was filthy—food was scattered all over the dining room floor, and the counters were sticky. Overall, it was very unclean and disappointing.
I dined at this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Although the drive-thru line was quite lengthy, the wait definitely paid off! I chose to order a classic chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich, both of which were incredibly tasty—though I could have done without the pickle on one of them. The staff was very friendly and added napkins to my order. Overall, I didn't encounter any problems, and I would definitely return in the future.

I ordered three mild wings and fries, but ended up with a three-piece wing and two spicy thighs instead. I tried calling to address the issue when I got home, but, as usual, no one picked up.
