Well we,decided to eat here and it wasn't a very pleasant experience , we ve ate at arbys before and the service has been OK but on August 23 2020 we ordered a chicken sandwich , double roast beef and 5 chicken strips 1 . the roast beef wasn't sliced thin like it normally was my husband couldn't eat it so we fed it to the dog 2. My chicken strips were very hard and dried out I would have been OK with just one of them that way but all 5 were that way. I wished i had checked the bag before leaving only until i was home after I paid the amount of money for them those ended up in the trash they were too hard to give to the dogs so next time I guess I better check my food before leaving the resta...
I had the worst service I've ever encountered at this restaurant. Five people who ordered after me were served before me. I had to ask about my order, which eventually arrived incomplete and incorrect. I ordered two burgers and a large curly fry, but they forgot the special sauce, and the curly fries were only small bits. When I asked for a printed receipt, they said the printer was broken. The staff really needs to improve their service and be more courteous.
We attempted to order several items from the menu, but the price for a child’s meal was unreasonable, especially since we didn’t receive the juice box we had requested. This isn't the first time we've encountered missing or incorrect items in our orders at this restaurant. Although I wanted to double-check our order, I felt pressured to hurry because there were customers waiting behind me in line.
Arby's in Cayce is undoubtedly the best fast food choice in the area. The milkshakes are delightful, the food is of high quality, orders are consistently correct, the milkshake machine is always operational, the service is superb, and the restaurant is exceptionally clean. Other eateries could learn a lot from this standard of excellence.

I went 2 times and our roast beef sandwiches were burned, but I talked with a really nice manager and I told her I would be back and she gave me the next 5 for free! I will be back soon! Great food and good service
This Arby's is always good. We lived in Vegas and only would get 3 slices of beef on our sandwiches. Here we get the half pounder and it at least that much. Fast service and friendly people.
My fish was so old and greasy it was unacceptable and not fit for consuming or digesting. The bun is full of grease. I was really disappointed. I will be taking this back tomorrow.
I have consistently enjoyed my experiences at Arby's on Knox Abbott Dr in Cayce. The customer service is excellent, and I have never encountered any problems.

I often stop by the drive-thru late at night, and the staff is always polite and professional. The food is consistently fresh and tasty.
The staff were very friendly, and the roast beef was absolutely delicious. My wife really enjoyed it!
