about 4 weeks ago my first time was a Turkish bacon ranch combo in the drive thru about 8pm. it was delicious with cheese, salat, tomato, wobbly, truthahn, speck and ranch. a week later I ordered the same. in the drive thru, at the same time, after home they did not add the speck. Look back, only this time I went in, they thought this time right. it has not checked.got to house and they do not add my twirl or dead. Went by today to pick up dinner. Had the coupon for 2 classic roast beef sandwiches for $5. First they argued with me then decided I had to show the coupon. Not a problem....until I got home and had beef n cheddar. No thank you. I also had a coupon for 5 sliders for $5. The chicken on the slider was tiny. Not worth it. My suggestion...go to any other Arby's but the one in West Columbia.
My turkey bacon and ranch turned out to be some turkey bacon and a jar of mayonaise. I hate mayonaise. Worst $12 ive spent. You do realize ranch is in the name right?
Crispy fish sandwich was dry and there was a bunch of flour on the bottom of my bun.. Yuck. Will not order this again
