The customer service at the drive-thru window was absolutely terrible. The woman working there clearly had no interest in being there. When I informed her that she had given us incorrect change, she responded rudely and defensively. After we showed her the mistake, she had to call the store manager to issue the correct change. Unfortunately, the store manager's behavior was no better. It was unbelievable how poorly we were treated by two grown women. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I have serious doubts about its future success with such incompetent staff.
I ordered a French dip and didn’t get the dip. I’ve had a few orders in the last several where my order was in the bag, but my wife’s wasn’t, even though we paid for it. This place is always busy and clearly understaffed (the lobby hasn’t been open since COVID started) so we’ve been trying to give them a pass and return as customers but I think we are done with this place for a while. The employees are friendly, but either under trained or enjoying too many “smoke” breaks.
There is definitely room for improvement at this restaurant. After reading some reviews, I was hesitant to add to the criticism. However, since you requested feedback, I will provide it respectfully. I recommend sending a secret shopper to evaluate the service and attitude of the staff. It is important to ensure orders are prepared correctly and served promptly. This restaurant is a joke. I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 22 minutes now. I found mold on my bun and had to call Eco Lab. It's frustrating to wait a long time, but it's unacceptable when the person handling the buns for the next day didn't even notice the expiration date.

this place deserves a star, but I give him three because the manager here is clearly the only one who holds this place together. the manager is the only one with a decent work ethics here. please stay here a big leader, this place needs it clearly.
Service was incredibly slow! I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, which completely ate up my lunch break. Very disappointing. Arby's should be fast food, not slow food. Please work on speeding up your service.
