Visited here for first time in mid afternoon of 8/19. Went into dining room to order/eat. No one was even REMOTELY friendly. No Arby 's sauce to be found, so had to ask for some packs, which they had to dig out of a box. Booth seating desperately needsreplaced, as all the cushion was gone, and felt like I was sitting on wood planks. Also, you sit really low, so I felt likethree year old at the grown-ups table! Since sliders are the only remotely reasonably priced sandwich (tho mini) on menu, I gavethat a go, and it *was* good. Wish the 'experience ' was AS good.
When we walked in, my 4-year-old granddaughter started coughing after swallowing a potato chip the wrong way. A visitor in the lobby quickly asked the cashier for a small cup, and they both frowned with concern! The cashier immediately gave her a glass of water and checked on her several times to make sure she was okay. That young man was truly a class act. I hope he receives recognition or a raise. His name tag said "LIL TOM," I believe. Regardless, our dining experience was greatly improved by his excellent customer service.
I tried Arby's new Roast Beef Ranch and Swiss 2 for $7, but they were not worth it! I asked for no lettuce, yet they still had lettuce that tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I also ordered a Turkey slider that was cold. The staff at Arby's were very nice, but the food quality was disappointing. It's frustrating that you can't even get a warm or fresh sandwich anymore from their menu.
The most incompetent staff at a restaurant. Feel like spending 10-15 minutes in a drive through? If so Arby's in Ft Wright is the place for you. The only place where a 15 minute drive through time means you still get cold fry's, and botched sandwiches.

Like most fast food, your experience at Arby's depends on when you visit. If you go early in the day, you get through the line almost instantly. After 2 PM, when the teenagers arrive, it can slow down. Regardless, the food is always good.
The employee (she) who works the drive thru window was extremely nice...rare to see these days. Will go back because of her, I had sworn that Arby's off about a year ago. The manager (he) was very rude.
The restaurant has been recently renovated, making the dining area clean and well-maintained. The food was enjoyable, with hot and crispy fries. However, I noticed that you no longer offer potato cakes.
Quick service. Staff was friendly. Food left a lot to be desired. My bun was almost rock hard, my beef, and my cheddar cheese were not even warm. Only positive in the food regard was my cheese sticks.

While it's not a steakhouse and the drive-thru wait might be a bit longer than usual, the Arby’s on Main Street in Troy is managed really well.
