Let me start my saying our server Kristin was AMAZing! However the front desk and management staff was horrendous. We notified the desk when our party was complete and they never took our name just asked us to wait to the side then proceed to seat MaNY parties that came in after us. The women manager (with the M necklace) was so rude. Her reasoning for the error was that the man I told about my party being complete was “new”. That is not my problem, it’s hers! She was so rude, refused to make eye contact with me and then told me I was wrong and never told her my party was complete. She proceeded to tell me we were next multiple times and then purposefully skipped us and spoke to other guests...

If you're looking for a satisfying dining experience, this restaurant is a solid choice. My husband didn't want to make a fuss—it was early in the day (we arrived before 4pm on a Saturday and were the only ones in the dining room to the left upon entering) and we were in good spirits. However, I must emphasize that you do not receive what you pay for here. I regularly purchase and cook filet mignon, and this was definitely not it. Period.
We will not be returning. It's unacceptable to engage in bait-and-switch tactics and then automatically add an 18% gratuity for two people while they are completely dissatisfied.
Nice place. Food was good, felt I got a lot for my money. My only real complaint would be, and it was mostly my own fault, that we went late. Place was crowded so we waited a bit at the grill before being served but overall I would reccomend. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
