The brisket was passable; I went for a lean cut when I probably should have chosen a fattier option. However, the ribs were absolutely fantastic. The mac and cheese, on the other hand, lacked flavor and had an unappealing texture. To my disappointment, I also didn't receive the beans I had paid for. On a brighter note, the customer service was exceptional! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would have rated this experience higher had I received the beans I ordered.
I've been coming for years and like her food. However, if you pick up, always check your order. I find things that were missing from my order, and today the woman has explicitly told me that something was in my order, which proved to be missing. I specifically asked about the Jalapeno BBQ sauce and she told me it was there, but it really wasn't, and that wasn't the only thing missing. Without the BBQ sauce, what is the point really??
Arrived at 5:30 pm. The bbq ribs tasted like they had been sitting around since before lunch. They were dry and hard, some of the ribs were were so tough I couldn't eat them. The chinese chicken salad also was soggy like it also had been sitting around all day. The only thing good was the fries. I will never never go back again.

The front-of-house staff is friendly at this quick self-service restaurant. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, and while the chicken was decent, the salad itself was rather bland.

I ordered the ribs family pack for take out. Everything was delicious! I am not fond of beans but the beans was handsomely overloaded with flavor! The ribs, yum!
