This is my second time ordering from this restaurant; the first experience, about four months ago, was fantastic. Unfortunately, this time I can't even give them a 1-star rating! The chicken Alfredo takeout had old, crusty noodles and what seemed like three-day-old chicken breasts—there were only about four pieces in the entire meal! The ravioli tasted like they were straight out of a jar, and the side of soup I ordered was no bigger than a ramekin. The Stromboli was decent but a bit undercooked.
Refused to honor restaurant.com certificate that was just purchased claiming they were no longer participating. Hostess was very rude and claimed to be the owner then said the owner told her not to accept reataurant.com certificates. Dishonest and unprofessional. I may have still tried the food had the service not disgusted me so bad.
Horrible service! There was 1 waitress to wait on the entire restaurant so service was very slow. Was surprised to find the chicken Parmesan was a frozen breaded chicken breast with a slice of pre-packaged mozzarella cheese on top! Not authentic! This was our first and last visit to Armondo's.
Armandos is extremely overrated...the service was terrible. The decor and lighting does not reflect an Italian restaurant. The meals are over priced and were not that great...the seafood pasta had hardly any seafood. The chicken parm tastes like cheap frozen chicken. I will never go back.

Went for the first time the other day with my boyfriend, and I must say I’m glad we did! Server was very friendly and attentive, food was absolutely delicious and hot right as it came out. Loved it so much went back to seconds!
I had a wonderful first visit! The gluten-free baked ziti was absolutely delicious, and the salad was incredibly fresh. The pizza was also fantastic! The staff was very friendly and attentive. We can't wait to come back soon!
great food! I had the lasagne and was very satisfied. very friendly customer service. I've been eating here for a long time and I've always liked to eat for an Italian when I'm in cartersville.
Was a very big disappointment. I have had better Italian from the frozen food section at the grocery store. The quality and portions were not worth the price. We will never go back.
