There’s also a noticeable issue with heavy drinking among the patrons, which ultimately leads to serious health problems and increased medical expenses that affect taxpayer rates. It raises the question: who is really benefiting here?
This is a classic, family-run establishment that unfortunately shows its age. I'm hesitant to touch the bar, as I'm worried about getting splinters. The venue is in dire need of some renovations. With a bit of investment and creativity, it could truly become a hidden gem. The location is excellent, and I must say, the bartender on Monday nights (Jack) is exceptional.
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive whenever I needed assistance. They also have a pool table, which is a nice touch. The music selection was diverse and enjoyable.
This is not a place you would come to from outside the town. It’s hole in the wall with stools at the bar to drink. but the charm is the history of being a hole in the wall. That’s it ....
