Today 's ratings would all be a lowly 1 if it weren 't for our past experiences. I 'm not sure what was going on tonight with the kitchen. Tonight my wife and I chose your establishment to celebrate a special occasion, but it turned into a huge disappointment. It started out great, with our waitress doing a nice job. She took our order and I was very specific that I needed my hamburger to be cooked medium rare. When it came out it ended up being well done. Just like people who like their beef well done and gag when it 's cooked rare or medium rare, those of us who want it rare or medium rare can 't stand one that is overcooked. If I could give the service zero stars, I would. This is the second time we’ve had Ann as our server. The first time, my family was in town and it was very disappointing but as a server myself I chalked it up to just having an off day. But when we came back in today, the service was just as bad. It was as if she didn’t even hear anything we ordered or just tuned it out. My fiance asked for whatever beer was part of the thirsty Thursday promo only for her to give us the one that wasn’t and charge us the full price. Arthur's is the go-to spot for burgers and the best cheesesticks around. Their burger lineup is seriously impressive, offering something for everyone with top-notch quality. But let's talk about those cheesesticks – they're next level. Bottom line: If you're craving a burger fix with a side of cheesestick heaven, Arthur's is the place to be.
Food was subpar, Had Megan as a waitress. She was phenomenal. Service was grade a. Food, on the other hand is extremely bland. Got the Arthur's burger, and fried cheese. For 60 dollars for two people, it's very pricy. This does not include alcohol. If you go here stay away from the cheese and burgers.

I think that the rounded, juicy looking burgers are the way to go, here. My Reuben was ok. Thin, overly crisp toast with a not so warm interior. We were a large party, so it's difficult. The server was very nice, and could have used more assistance from other staff.
Very fun small family business. We always try to go up on Tuesdays for their burger madness. As far as I'm concerned they have one of the top three burgers in the city.
