I discovered Art's cafe one morning as I was walking through my neighbourhood. The cafe itself is connected to 'Mosart's' (a place where artists create and exhibit their work). Art's cafe opens from 730 am till 2 pm everyday - they serve a variety of hot/cold drinks and there is also a small food menu. The coffee at Art's cafe is the best value (and taste!) that you will find in this area. If you order a coffee before 9am it's $3. After 9am it's $4, which is still one of the cheapest coffees I've found in Perth. I am a regular at Art's and although I haven't tried the food, I highly recommend the coffee!
