The pizza was decent, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. This was only my second visit, and both times I encountered a staff member who was quite racist. During my first visit, I was informed that only cheese pizza was available, and this time I ordered two pepperoni slices but only received one. When I tried to explain to the man that I had requested two, he was rude and unpleasant, making me feel uncomfortable while I waited for the second slice. I expected much better service.
I ordered food from this man just now. Google listed it as a place that delivers, but after the order was placed said it was “pick up only”. I called the restaurant to ask them to cancel the order since I won’t be able to pick it up, as I am in a hotel room and the man on the other end of the phone literally said “I don’t care. You cancel it with whoever you ordered from. I’m not cancelling anything.”Not “Hello.” Not “I’m sorry but we can’t do that”“I don’t care”.Your mileage may vary.
Ordered penne vodka with shrimp and garlic knots. The penne vodka was good but could have used a couple more shrimp but overall satisfied with taste and portions given. The garlic knots were pretty good, a decent amount of garlic butter sauce around the knots and toasted very good. Would definitely come back again!Food: 4/5
The most amazing creamy chicken fettuccine alfredo is the best along with the garlic knots oh I can't forget the marinara sauce everything was amazing will be ordering soon again almost forgot the zepolies they are better than every other pizzeria I have been in if I could give 100,000 stars I will Book a table now
I ordered delivery for my team, and they estimated a wait time of 30-45 minutes, but it ended up taking nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive. I was very disappointed with the service and ended up sending the delivery driver away. Service rating: 1/5.
One of my favorite places to order from! The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Those who have negative things to say about this restaurant clearly don't appreciate it.
