This place is a gem! My husband and I went tonight to celebrate our anniversary. No offense to Glen Burnie, but we weren 't expecting much. We were SO surprised! From the moment we walked in, throughout our dinner... everything was perfection. Our server, Anthony, was such a sweetie. He listened to me and worked to create a special dish to fit exactly what I wanted. Additionally, he was patient, spent time with us while we went through the menu, offered personal conversation, checked on our drinks constantly, and double checked that I ended up liking my pasta dish! Simply phenomenal. My wife and I traveled to Italy a few years ago and absolutely fell in love with the food (and learned the difference between Italian-American and authentic Italian food). Arturo 's is as good as some of our favorite places in Rome and Naples. We originally found this restaurant on Reddit via a best Italian food in Baltimore thread. Tonight we came back for our second visit for my birthday. Everything, from the appetizers to the entrees to the drinks to the dessert, was as superb as our first visit. An absolute gem and treat and a must-visit if you are in the area.
My only regret is not going here sooner. Arturo's is absolutely a beautiful fine dining experience. With the amount of personal attention from your waiter and details that make you feel individually attended to. Our visit we felt appreciated, with an honest devotion to making our dining experience memorable. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary as our first visit and couldn't have been happier. The entire staff you could tell work together to accommodate all guests to make everyone's evening delightful and full of exquisite food, the chef is a genius.
Great little restaurant, went there for a business dinner but would definitely work for a date as well. Excellent food, excellent service. Tucked away in a little non-descript strip mall next to a laundry mat. Don't be fooled by the location, this place is great. I had a tuna special, it was awesome. Realistically 70 to 90 per plate plus tax&tip for the best items. Extensive wine and drink selection as well.

This is my favorite special occasion restaurant, ever. It's not cheap but worth every penny. A classy place but you can be relaxed and casual. Food is delicious, and there's always something new on the menu. Service is exceptional. The only thing they can improve is the exterior of the restaurant a gray box is a poor front for the gem inside.
The best Italian restaurant by far outside of Italy. The service was outstanding and the food cooked to perfection. The portions are generous. The lamb chops with mint jelly were delicious and reasonabley priced. A 5 Star restaurant well worth visiting.
Really fantastic food and service. Came on a busy Friday night and got 2 seats at the charming intimate bar. Had fantastic conversation with people who all described themselves as regulars. Will definitely be coming back
First visit, the staff really have it down! Meal was outstanding, delivered each course hot and timely! Will definitely become a regular!

What an amazing hidden gem! Little Italy quality food in a more convenient location. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Food was amazing as always. Fresh grouper was delicious. Place is very clean and cozy. Husband loves the squid ink pasta.
