Ashia - Table reservation

I'm impressed with the sushi roles. The do not skip to the fish and you get a healthy part of sushi beside a healthy part of avocado. Not like other places that give a pink size piece of fish. I have ordered many times from Ashia and every time is a healthy part of the actual fish. Her soups are not loaded with sodium! So you get a beautiful authentic taste without the side effects of too much sodium. I recommend this place for sushi and Japanese soup. I can't comment on the Chinese menu because I haven't tried anything yet.

This is without a doubt the top Sushi restaurant in New Jersey. My family and I have been coming here for years and I have never had a negative experience. The food is exceptional and is presented beautifully. The service is outstanding and the owner Rachel is extremely caring and attentive to her customers. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years, both dining in and getting takeout. The food is top-notch, especially the sushi which is outstanding. The owner, Rachael, is very attentive and pays attention to every detail. It's definitely worth a visit.

The fish is always fresh and we love the sushi at this restaurant. I have never had a bad experience here. I am very selective when it comes to sushi, and we come here once a week, sometimes even more frequently.

This is my favorite restaurant... the shrimp with walnuts is amazing and the sushi rolls were superb... General Tsos is also good and the salad with ginger dressing is to die for.
