Unfortunately, my most recent experience at this restaurant was not up to par. Despite being told there would be a 20-minute wait, my party ended up waiting 50 minutes before being seated. It was a busy Saturday night, but honesty about the wait time would have been appreciated. The sushi rolls my husband ordered were disappointingly small, with an excessive amount of rice to make them appear larger. The portion of veggie fried rice was also small for the price. The appetizers tasted like frozen spring rolls, were mushy, and lacked freshness. The dumplings were tiny and the portion size was small. The service was lacking, as we were seated in a corner near the kitchen and hardly saw our wait...
Very nice people. They had a delayed opening today because they were painting inside and moved all the tables outside. We got there before they opened and they immediately got an outside table for us and gave us menus. The wonton watercress soup was delicious. The wontons are very thin and not doughy like at a typical restaurant. The chow fun noodles were perfect with a really nice background flavor. The beef with it was extremely tender and tasty. Amazing! My wife and I are new in town and got in the mood for some sushi. Let me tell you, Asian Moon did not disappoint. Yes, the prices are a little higher but it’s worth every penny. Everything was delicious. We will be going back soon.
The best Chinese/Asian food anywhere!!!!! Shirley knows how to take care of customers and keep them happy and coming back. Everyone I’ve taken here agrees that their food is the best Asian food they have had.
