A very busy Friday evening in Norwich with the fireworks at I booked the table for of us at arrived and were shown immediately to our table. With a seven year old and a nine year old they enjoyed their meal of pasta, dunk and dip. The waiter was very attentive and dealt with them very well. They enjoyed the meal. Everything ordered came out together in a timely way even though the restaurant was filling up. My wife had a pizza that she enjoyed. Altogether a nice evening meal for generations
We had time to kill on a cold and wet afternoon before the theatre and arrived earlier than booked. We were given a table immediately but felt no pressure to 'process us through' whatsoever. Service friendly and efficient, food excellent and prices reasonable. Noise levels a little high, as in many modern restaurants, but not untoward. Small glass of cloudy lemonade as an aperitif a nice touch. Would certainly visit again
The restaurant had great decor and attentive staff, but I felt that the food could be improved. Both dishes I ordered were a bit dry and the portions were small. I have found better value for money at other Italian restaurants.

We were pleased with the atmosphere and the staff. They were very helpful for my wife, who has celiac disease. The gluten-free pizza crust was not very good, but the toppings were delicious.
Cold service. Got put in a corner and no service for 15 minutes. Walked out. Not sure about the food. I don't plan on finding out later either.
The waiting staff was excellent and very attentive. However, considering the high prices, we expected the food to be of better quality.
