Spectacular in every way. Taste the Menu was a plethora of exquisite flavours untasted by these diners prior to this experience. Taste the Menu was originally not available, but the charming wait staff discussed it with the chef and they blessed us with their creative gastronomy! Every course was delivered with a brief description of the dish and how it was prepared. Each dish was delicious in its own way. We were celebrating, and our dessert came with a chocolate sign wishing us Happy Anniversary . Beautiful decor created a warm environment to savour the feast. I believe this was the best meal I have ever eaten. I cannot wait to return.
The restaurant offers simple yet delicious food prepared in a creative and unique way without being overly fancy. We started with sourdough bread, followed by a spicy amuse bouche and palate-cleansing sorbet. The dessert is a must-try, as the bakery items were outstanding from the beginning. The service was excellent and the Parisian cafe decor added a special touch to the experience. Overall, a truly unique and special dining experience.
Atelier Tony is want of the best places in NB to go, not just because the food, also for the service. It’s an extremely great adventure over there that you leave the place with a huge smile and of course you would like to come back! My partner and I are immigrants and is really fantastic and amazing how they received us! Thank you so much.
We visited the restaurant for breakfast and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and understanding. The sausages made in-house were amazing. There were also wheat-free options available at the bakery next door. While there were a few standard items on the menu, overall we enjoyed our experience and would recommend the restaurant.

Great restaurant. The menu is small, but has lots of choice. It is changed on a regular basis. Service was fantastic. There are two wine lists (in case you don't see something you like on the first one presented). Deserts were over the top!
It was our first time going to this event. It was everything and more. Loved the setup, the food, the staff. Was amazing. The varieties of tea were nice too. Loved it and would do it again. Will recommend to friends for sure l.
