I've been to Camp de futbol several times for breakfast and lunch. It's very cheap and the food is ok. The breakfast is always good (sandwiches with bacon and eggs). The lunch can be good and it can be mediocre, depending of which food you order. 3 dishes with drinks is about 11 EUR.
