Atwater's Catonsville

Wonderful place to get great quality coffee, tasty food, and a welcoming atmosphere for either quieter coworking or chill meals coffee with friends. This is my favorite of all the Atwater's locations. Easy to get to from UMBC.Downstairs has music and lots of activity, upstairs is spacious, lots of natural lighting, and a little quieter. Usually full!I used to love the Scottish pie most on the menu, but the past few times I got it, it had a TON of spinach (not my favorite) I thought it was a mistake and that I got the wrong one the first time, so I was careful to clearly indicate I wanted the chicken one the second time. I’ve been a regular Atwater’s patron for years but lately, so disappointed. Went out of my way to stop here yesterday to pick up special lunch for me and my 92 year old aunt. Sundays are busy, so I grabbed soup, chicken salad from cold case, baked goods and waited for the arugula and bacon salad.that took forever. Sadly, the salad was not arugula, it was slimy, wilted kale…gross. Do better, in the meantime I’ll think twice before coming back.

I hosted my sisters baby shower in their brand new upstairs event space! It was perfect!Natasha went out of her way to ensure everything was set up perfectly and even created signature cocktail menu for our guests. She was highly responsive during our emails and served us well on the day of.The food options were lovely and fairly priced. Highly recommend for your next event!

Good food and good customer service but the place is congested and really small. I felt suffocated
