You don't have to eat at this place with the rudest waiter/manager. There is a café with the loveliest people, who serve nice food at a lower price (as the rude waiter/manager said hinself). And there is also Lou Caboëns a few feet away, but not as visible.
FANTASTIC terrace with wonderful views across the valley. Not a huge choice BUT what there is is fabulous quality and really well prepared. We lunched here 9 times in 14 days and as fussy eaters this really says something!!
More or less the only place at Samoens 1600. Busy and long lines to wait for your coffee. Staff is friendly. Prices quite high as expected. Terras in the sun in the afternoon. Not too bad at all.
A great place to start or end you day in Samoëns coffee in the morning and a beer after a great day’s ski. Great terrace with late afternoon sun.
