in the light of the so-called hyrambican comments on this restaurant, we decided, with a friend, to have lunch this week. we took the gourmet menu at 29,50 €. my entrance, a caesar salad, was good, but my friend has a lot of salty taste, while she still appreciates the salt. personally I couldn’t have eaten it. it was based on smoked trout and asparagus. the dishes, the opposite of the entries, good for my friend and very medium for me. a pear of pork in the Provençal, without too much taste and certainly not that of Provence, accompanied by rice that had not been emptied correctly.
