New owner of the 2 keys in Bettlach! But when a chef says he is a disciple of Escoffier and serves a cold beef net on a cold plate with fries without seasonal vegetables, an egg-free caesar salad and strictly no originality in the dishes, a slow service at the limit of the agacement(2 hours for 2 poor dishes! )No this leader does not deserve to be a restorer in the sundgau. Shame on you.
Home dishes, a renewed map all the Sems with seasonal products, really tasty dishes, we loved for our third passage! If you are looking for authentic and homemade cuisine you are at the right address!
