excellent dishes, each with a lot of finesse, tastes and high quality products. I recently took the square of pig (aveyron) slightly smoky with beech wood while I usually avoid this meat, it was tasty and fully seasoned with its accompaniment. We can go back. I don't see better value for money around lyon!
