afternoon in Alsace for a 4-day weekend. Visit to the tourist office in the area and after consulting the documents given to us, we decide to eat in the first restaurant on this list. And we went back there on Saturday and Sunday evening, everything was so delicious. The tartes flambées are exceptional, the fleischnakas are so good and the snail puff pastry is just succulent. Of course everything is homemade by a passionate chef. His wife, who does the service alone, is very attentive to customers.
