I was also recommended here by the owner of the weinberg where I stay. he described eating as classic and authentic for the region, served in contrast to the foods for tourists in many local restaurants. I started with a local wee, although the list was expansiw. as my first appetizer I ordered escargot, which were perfectly prepared. my second appetizer was a warm garnel salad with ham, which was also very pleasant. for the main course I had to get ris de veau, calfsweet, although I was tried by the many grill options.
