The hotel room was comfortable, a little water pressure worm and temperature, either burning, or freezing a little complicated shower. a pity for a 4-star hotel, this is part of the comfort. The meal at the gastronomical was adorned with some false notes <untranslatable:On</untranslatable enhanced us the card without explanation, we had to listen to the table next to to know the menu in detail, so we called the hotel master to have explanations on this one.A waiter brought us a dessert that wasn't our own...Just when we took agreement to the wines and perfection is requested...If not the meal was hearty and g...
Excellent timing... Lunch together this Saturday. Careful welcome, sober frame. To say everything, for a 3-star, one would have expected more sophistication in the reception (e.g. with a small stool to put the purse or a service for the water more spontaneous without having to ask for it several times) and in the frame, since that was what had already been found in a star or two-star. On the other hand, the three stars are clearly in the plate. Explosions of repetitive flavours, from mouth to dessert. We had taken the lunch menu that was of exceptional quality. On the wine side we were left guided by the sommelier on wines with glass and, there too, very beautiful precision and accuracy... I...

Nous y sommes allés un midi et nous avons beaucoup apprécier tant le lieu, que le service et la nourriture. Étant venus en groupe, nous avons été mis dans un petit salon privé, ce qui nous a permis de pouvoir profiter du moment en toute décontraction, sans importuner les autres clients. Le personnel, au petit soin, nous a fort bien conseillé.Quant à la nourriture et à la présentation des assiettes: juste incroyable! A recommander!
Deuxième visite, la dernière il y a 2 ans, en remontant du sud en amoureux.Quoi de mieux que de parcourir la route des vins et de s'arrêter dans cette maison mythique.Un véritable régal pour les palais délicats et avertis. Que des saveurs et du bonheur.
