At Auntie Anne's, I noticed several staff members wearing masks incorrectly, with them pulled below their noses. They were seen eating pretzels near the front, and their attitudes left much to be desired. The service was also very slow. On the bright side, the pretzels from the menu were delicious.
New! The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and it’s conveniently located in the mall. I’m thrilled that Auntie Anne’s Pretzels are now available at Short Hills—they’re absolutely delicious!
They did not follow COVID protocols and were very disrespectful to my family.
