Terrible service. Bought two different flavored pretzels and received two of the same kind. I brought one back for them to correct the order and the employee accused me of lying. The manager sided with the employee because the employee said he gave the correct order and made me bring back the other pretzel to test it after I kept protesting. Sure enough, they got the order wrong and gave me the correct pretzel. And they refused to apologize! Absolutely ridiculous.
This Auntie Anne's is a typical pretzel shop that shares its space with a Planet Smoothie, much like the combined Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts locations. They serve the usual variety of pretzels and pretzel dogs, including some less common choices like the jalapeño pretzel. The outdoor seating is pleasant, and the service is generally fast. If you know Auntie Anne's, you can expect a consistently enjoyable experience here.
I visited this location and experienced notably slow service. My order took 15 minutes to be prepared, and the wait was inside the store. The pretzels were baked for an unusually long time, and I was disappointed with the final result. It felt like the dough hadn't been given enough time to rest before being hastily put in the oven. Overall, I would rank this as one of the least favorable Auntie Anne's locations I've been to.
Terrible experience due to the wrong location and extremely rude service. Some staff seemed disengaged, and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. I rarely leave a 1-star review, but this was truly deserved. After watching others in line face similar issues, I felt it necessary to warn others. Despite our family loving the pretzels and smoothies, we won’t be returning. There are better options available elsewhere. Book a table now
No reviews, that's interesting... Terrible location. Employees had a rude tone and careless attitude and pretzels were borderline stale. Also, my pretzel was given to me with ZERO salt on it. What the heck??
This is by far the worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. They didn't have any pretzel dogs or mini pretzels available. The place was dirty, and the customer service was terrible!
Not that their pretzels are not good, they also steal money by not giving what is paid. Probably the staff is minting money out of our pockets
