These clowns completely messed up a straightforward order of sugared pretzels. What we received were just lightly dusted pretzels with perhaps a tablespoon of sugar scattered across a $33 bowl of pretzel nuggets. Clearly, adding brown sugar to a bucket of nuggets was too difficult for them, so I definitely won't be ordering that again.
The restaurant feels extremely cramped and uncomfortable. The counter area is dirty and poorly managed. The entire system seems chaotic and disorganized. To make matters worse, they charge $1 for a single, cold, and hard 2-inch round cheese container. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.
Been running a pretzel nuggets scam for months now where they don 't have larges , and sell regulars for nearly the same price (10 cents less).
One of my pretzels tasted like baking soda. Couldnt even finish it. The other preztel and cinnabon were fine Book a table now
This is a fantastic spot for a quick meal while you're at the mall.
The food was burnt in places. Clearly not some of there best.
