The food at Auntie Anne's was definitely tasty, but I couldn't shake my concerns about the cleanliness and preparation standards. When I raised these issues with the staff, they remained silent and offered no explanation throughout my visit. Please ensure your food is made with the same care and hygiene you would apply at home. Respect your customers—they may enjoy their meal now but could feel unwell afterward without knowing why.
Nora was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I had been waiting inside the store for my pretzels, which I had already paid for, and she yelled at me to go outside even though the store was empty on a Monday morning.
The best pretzels around at an amazing price! A trip to the mall just wouldn’t be complete without a stop at Auntie Anne's for one of their tasty pretzels. It's definitely one of my favorite places!
Auntie Anne's is supposed to close at 7, but it was already closed by 6:30. I walked halfway through the mall only to be disappointed. Book a table now
