Frozen pretzels? Seriously?! If I wanted frozen pretzels, I would just go to the grocery store. I visit Auntie Anne's for hot, freshly baked pretzels, and instead I was offered these frozen, uncooked ones. I really couldn't understand why they would do that, and the staff seemed perplexed by my refusal to accept frozen pretzels. This is fast food, after all! If this is their new approach, it's going to hurt the business!
Be sure to ask for Cameron and try his recommendations. He provided excellent service and is a fantastic young man. He suggested the Toasted Almond, which I was unsure about, but he assured me it was his favorite and that I’d love it. I decided to give it a try and bought one. After one bite on my way out, I was completely impressed. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back to Lancaster for another!
I recently tried the Raspberry Frozen Lemonade Mixer for the first time, and it was quite enjoyable. It had a nice balance of sweetness, tartness, and creaminess. I had been wanting to taste it for a while, so I was excited to finally get one. However, the staff at this location seemed a bit confused and weren’t fully familiar with their menu items. Despite that, the drink itself was really tasty.
I was ready to make a purchase today, but the employee behind the counter wore a mask only around his ears, leaving his nose and mouth exposed. Unfortunately, that felt too risky for me. If basic health and safety protocols aren't being observed, it makes me wonder what other standards might be overlooked. I've decided not to do business here now or in the future. Book a table now
Frozen pretzels!!! Really!! If I wanted frozen pretzels I'd go to the grocery store. I go to auntie Anne's pretzel to get fresh cooked pretzels and they pushed these frozen uncooked ones on me. I couldn't understand why and she couldn't understand why I didn't want it frozen. Its fast food! That's going to distroy the company if that's is there new thing to do!

This has been one of my favorite spots for a long time. It's a bit on the pricey side, but the pretzels are absolutely delicious. If you get the chance (and don't mind spending nine dollars), I highly recommend trying the pretzel dog and the frozen lemonade.
