Best Hi-C fruit punch in Lancaster. Have tried many Hi-C's at different fast food places but this one is top notch. Idk what it is about Wendy's Hi-C that is incomparable to any and every other place. The amount of ice they put is perfection. Their see through cup is also a great addition for aesthetic purposes. But can also be a con because you're able to see the immaculate Hi-C disappear. Pairs excellent with a biggie meal. Hits different with this hot weather and when you're extremely thirsty. I love Wendy's Hi-C Wendy's Hi-C over anything in life. shout out to Wendy's shout to the creator of Hi-C. I love and thrive for Hi-C. Hi-C for life Food is good too.
Just left the drive thru and saw that I was missing my grilled chicken combo. So I knocked on the , called no answer , so I had to walk up to the drive thru window. Before I can say anything the lady at the window already knew what I was there for. Then I was told to wait at the door with so much disrespect. Then when she came to door she shoves the bag in my hand. I check the the order and im missing my fries. Then I get more disrespect as if I messed up the order.No respect, take no pride in having a job or understand that you chose to be there where you are required to give the best customer service as possible. Especially if its you making the mistake.
The employees seem to have no sense of urgency and we're rude. I came in the drive through and they messed up on the baconator fries I ordered , and they also spilt coffee all over my bag and salad for some reason. I hade also asked for sour cream in thedrive through and didn't get it the first time. I went back in to get my order fixed and asked for 2 sour creams again and Iassumed they wouldn't mess that up, but yet again they did and gave me 2 straws. So I had to go back inside again and finallyget my sour cream. The employees acted like I was a big inconvenience.
O man this place has a lot of issues. Starting with management. If corporate is reading this it’s the lady manager with the blue shirt at 11am. Went in to order and had almost every single employee walk right passed me, grab ice, give food out, sweeping, but greet me or acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Then they all looked frustrated and bothered that I was even there to order food to eat. I feel like I was on an SNL skit or something. Last time I’m ever going to a Wendy’s. Get your business an order yall.

The worst Wendy's in the AV. The drive thru staff cannot multi task causing long lines. The staff have bad attitudes. The parking lot is small and hard to get into due to cars trying to get in from different directions. I go because my little girllikes their nuggets. As soon as I find another place for her I will not be going back. Beware.
I ordered a baked potato with sour cream from Wendy's, but they didn't include the sour cream! It's essential for enjoying the potato as intended. Since it was a separate item from my meal, I can’t go back for a fix. I'm really frustrated!
The woman manger during the day is racist. She antagonized me and had her employees ignore me. She said vary violent racial slurs at me. Some customers walked out including myself… she had a lot of confidence behind that counter.
Friendly staff. A bit of a wait, but I advise using the ap, skip the line, collect points. Earn free food. Also, if you got that free Jr. Frosty card last year, don’t forget to collect that frosty.
