Very possibly the worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke but after 3 bad experiences, I'm calling this one for what it is. I prefer my pretzels fresh and am more than willing to wait the 10 minutes that it takes to cook because I'm not too keen on having a dried out pretzel that's been under the heat lamps for 30 or 40 minutes. In any case, the lady who runs the place or is the franchisee is always nasty about me requesting a fresh one and is forever telling me that her pretzels are never more than 10-15 minutes old at any given time. This location just plain sucks and I'll take my money elsewhere!
Last Friday, I dropped by Walmart to grab a few items on my way south. I hadn’t had lunch yet, and the aroma from Auntie Anne's was irresistible! My favorite is the almond pretzel, which isn’t always available at other locations. Fortunately, they had it ready, and the service was quick and friendly. The pretzel was fresh, unlike what I've experienced at other places. I was even wished a blessed day, which was a nice touch! I want to give a shout-out to the staff for their excellent pretzel and professional service!
The pretzels and service here are fantastic. However, it's a good idea to call ahead and check if they're open. I visited yesterday for their Tuesday $1 special, but unfortunately, they were closed during regular business hours. There was no explanation given, but I did see a "help wanted" sign in the window.
I really enjoy this Auntie Anne's. The staff is always friendly and polite, and the place is very clean. The crew is great, and the pretzels are amazing! Shoutout to the day shift team!

Looking like it 's falling apart while doing a extremely bad job at hiding it. It 's no wonder you have a better chance at seeing road kill then one of these things
