Two out of our three drinks were ready when I arrived. The ones that were prepared had already started to defrost, with all the flavoring settled at the bottom. We had to wait for the third drink to be finished. The cinnamon pretzels were stale, as if they had been left out for a while. Additionally, the store did not inform us when our order was ready, so we arrived at the estimated time provided by DoorDash.
The only downside to auntie annes is the price. But you can't beat their salted dough! I really like the pretzel bites, and they pair nicely with a coffee from Starbucks. I would steer clear from the specialty products like the pretzel dog. They lay there a lot longer than the pretzels and pretzel bites. I recommend the pretzels.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely love the hot salsa cheese sauce. I was asked if I like spicy things and said yes and was recommended the sauce and it was a great recommendation. Will definitely be back and forth
