Aussie Steak N Burger

While still recovering from sticker shock at Australian prices we found this place near our hotel. Prices are very reasonable in comparison with other places we have been to so far. We only had sides, no burgers or steaks, but based on what we ate...the restaurant delivers good value. It was rush hour when we arrived but our order was taken quickly and the food and beverages delivered very soon after we ordered. I stopped in to grab an early dinner on my way back to my hotel. Bought a burger and chips to take away, which was ready within ten minutes. Had a lovely chat with the young woman at the bar while I waited. The burger...and the chips were both fantastic, some of the best food I've had. It was a huge serving (too much for me but I ate it all anyway!. Would absolutely go back.

We went here with my relatives who were visiting and ordered porterhouse steak in their lunch special. It came out so delicious and the serving was quite big as well! It was not a busy time when we came but I still made a booking...to be sure. I will recommend this steakhouse to friends and family!

Had ciders on drinks list but none that were listed available... Burgers ok but not many chips and they were cold. Had to continue to ask for drinks. Wouldn't rush back.

Heaps of choices any time of the day after noon. Nice area, cost was okay. Special call-out to the lone lady serving (forgot to ask her name) great customer service.
