Austrian Beer Bar Restaurant

the waitress told us that the drinks that were accompanied by our dinner were on special $5 and then the manager refused to honor what the waitress told me. the manager was so argumentatiw that they called the owner of the restaurant to discuss our complaint as we waited before other customers. it was an absolutely disgusting customer service experience that guaranteed that we will never return. such a embarrassing experience, I would not recommend that someone go to this restaurant unless they feel like fighting the restaurant above the bill!

Popped in while visiting Dee Why....looked nice ..And it was Happy hour...apparently........bar meal of bread and Camembert ? was tasteless.....drinks were charged at full price when we received our bill... So much for happy hour ...when mentioned to the staff that the food had no taste we were told to Spread it thicker on the bread ...... Give it a miss guys ..

very large venue and good pub variety with traditional Austrian clothing. the happy hour menu is also good with beer on taps. I enjoyed the pollinated Swiss cheese, mushrooms and truffle chips. I am happy to go back for the black kink that could have me adapting this review if 3 stars.

I loved this place. the service was great and the food was incredible, my friend said that his pigeon burger was the best burger he ever had. in any case recommend and will be back!

kir royale was very good and worth the money during the happy hour. the salat also ordered that was good with extra huh
