Beautiful, small restaurant in the middle of the village with a connected hotel. Very nice service and a large daily ticket with surprising offers. Vegetarian options: The daily menu included some vegetarian dishes. Two were tested (aubergine filled with hummus with goat cheese baked in Yufkateig, as well as risotto with pifferlings) and it was really delicious. Parking: Right behind the restaurant there are some parking for guests.
Ds Auszeit is no longer available in Gutmühle but in Seelscheid. We were back the first time since the move. The interior design is exhausted and was much more inspired before. Underground steaks. Flat like a neck steak from the supermarket, strong grow, fat rim, no crust. That was for all five steaks. In the old time in Gutmühle there were the best steaks I know. Never again!
Their customer service was rude and obnoxious and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
