I highly recommend this restaurant that is located in the middle part of the old town (founder of Vaue Saint Jacques Street, not far from the St Jacques Gate). The boss is of absolute goodness, and his idem wife. Really a welcome to the top! As for the meal, they found recipes from the time (the house dates from 1420) and let you discover! You can close your eyes!
