ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! From the minute we got to the door the service was atrocious! The girl on the door has a chip on her shoulder speaking to us terribly! We booked an outdoor table and were places upstairs inside with the very loud music. We asked to move and were told there wasnt any space?? We ordered 2 bottles of prosecco and 5 glasses. We received the bottles and 2 glasses and the waiter walked away? After trying to catch someone to solve the situation we got up and left without even breaking the seal on the prosecco. We WILL NOT be returning! Hard Rock Cafe was happy to have us with actual customer service skills!
We booked a table for 17:45 there were two queues when we got there one for walk ins the other for reservations (which weren’t clearly signed). We had to wait in the queue for 25 minutes before getting in and after speaking to people in the line there were people with later bookings getting in before us even after we had spoke to the guys at the front. When we did get seated no one served us for another 20 minutes and even after that there were no sign of our drinks by this point we were fed up
We ordered a bottle of wine from the menu it was served to us warm and a totally different wine and the bottle label was peeling off. When I asked about this it was taken away and brought back with the excuse it is the same wine but a different brand as it was out of stock but it was a totally different wine I was then told it was similar. This was very disappointing as it was clearly trying to be passed off and the charge was the same £23.95 for a Tempranillo when we ordered a white Zinfandel
My friend and I enjoyed a fantastic Bottomless Brunch on a lovely afternoon. We received a warm welcome, and were impressed by the high quality drinks and wide variety available. Our server, Martyna, was incredibly helpful and friendly, although we were sad to learn it was her last day. The food was outstanding; I opted for the salmon bowl, which was delicious and came in a generous portion. I would highly recommend this experience and can't wait to return.

There was a long queue for a pre booked table in the rain and then we all needed to provide ID (we are all in our 40s) Once inside the service was good
Poor and slow service staff weren’t helpful and rude couldn’t be bothered to do their job and waiting an hour to get a drink was very thirsty
Please get in touch urgently I called and cancelled this booking I also emailed you at Open Table saying the app did not allow me to cancel
Great food, lovely outdoor area. Could have done with some music but otherwise it was great!
