This is the third time I came here. The first time I came here they weren’t open at the right time. I came at 11 AM and they still are closed. The second time I came here the food the fries were fresh the burger with old the meat taste like cardboard. Not a very good sign. But my friend had a really good fish. The third time I came here. It says online they open at 10 AM. Once again they’re not open. The gentleman told me they didn’t open till 1030. So what is it. This place is bad customer service horrible food. Not a very good experience at all I would not recommend this place
Worst experience I have had in a long time. Price is not reflective of portions. Asked when they close, was told midnight, asked for a root beer float, (their signature item) was told unavailable due to it being closed for the night even though it was 2 hours away from their closing schedule. The menu is excellent, but this specific location looks lack of attention, and they don't have milkshakes because the machine is not in service. On the other hand the service is great.
The air conditioning was out the drinks where flat an they fixed 3 other orders before fixing ours. We left an went somewhere else to eat. My mom didn't want her money back either.
