We are customers and enjoy the food here. They go the extra mile on the preparation. With the lockdown in place because of Coronavirus, they do take out and delivery, so we decided to support this pizzeria, and it’s privately owned. The food was delivered on the time we chose, was complete and hot. Edit: 11/24/23 did a takeout for pizza and calzone with broccoli. The pizza was good, but the calzone not so. It was doughy and I paid xtra for broccoli, hardly any in there. Changed my rating, 3 1/2 stars.
The staff at Azzurro Pizza and Italian Grill were beyond amazing. First .... Everyone greeted you with a smile and treated you like Royalty. Next the food was delicious. Then I watched a waitress named, Mary help a war veteran carry his food to his car because he was having trouble walking. This is not something you see every day. I highly recommend Azzurro 's for a night out.
I ordered delivery from Azzurro that included pizza and salads. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the pizza was cold and hard. I reached out to Slice, the delivery service, and they informed me that Azzurro stated they couldn't help because the pizza had left their restaurant hot. The customer service was disappointing, and I won't be ordering from or visiting this place again!
The food was OK. I was a bit put off at the bickering behind the counter. The pizza maker was paling around with the counter girls. Pretty unprofessional. The place was kind of messy too.
