If you want real deal Smoked BBQ this is your place ! I?ve tried quite a few of the other places in the area but these guys are on point. I had there half smoked chicken and brisket combo and was not dissatisfied in anyway. The smoke ring on the chicken was perfect and it was cooked just right very moist and juicy and the flavor was great. The Brisket was done to perfection nice brown crust and super tender and also had a great flavor. I topped it with there signature BBQ sauce and it was perfect !!! Far cry from years back. I was just there a few days ago, $10+ for 1/4 lb of brisket, got home to enjoy that little for that much and well, it was drier than leather on a humid August day. Never again, head to Mission BBQ in Wilkes-Barre where you'll still be supporting those whom served AND they slice it FRESH for less! Sorry guys, step it up or shut it down! Never again! Update! Your response is 8 months late and Mission BBQ along with other small BBQ places blow your food away and for your information I DID go back to your place that day, yet because you were closing you waved me away, so. Anyway good luck on serving less than stellar products.
The food was superb. I got the brisket and smokehouse fries. The brisket was succulent, so much depth to the taste of the meat. The different sections of the meat each had a different taste experience. They offer a variety of sauces on each table to try; they don't charge for each sauce, so you can try them all. This? best BBQ I have had and recommended it too anyone looking for a some delicious smoked meat. P.S. The picture I took was after I ate most of the meat, so that's not an accurate portrayal of the serving size.
Ordered the Family Pack with pulled pork, Mac cheese and frits with an addition of 1/2 ribs. Pulled pig was tender and juicy; Ribs were well covered by the bone. Both the signature sauce and the vinegar mop were tastefully tested with the right amount of spice. Mac cheese was cheesy and hearty. The frits were freshly cut and slightly salted. A lot of 2 sauces were provided, plus fresh rolls. This meal was a great value!

My boyfriend took me to B3Q last year for the first time. Telling me they had the best brisket ever. Well I always let him know when he's right n he's right. It's amazing. Just last night we celebrated my bday and decided to go there. We had brisket of course but also chicken and the chili both were amazing. We always recommend B3Q to everyone.
I ordered from here for my husbands 40th Birthday party and it was fantastic. The service from when I called to order to picking up was excellent and the staff is so friendly. We will definitely be ordering from here and dining in a lot in the future.
We ate outside on a beautiful summer night. The owner and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We brought our dog and they gave water to ask us. The bride was fantastic! And the sauces were really good.
We ordered food for our wedding and everyone loved the food and being able to pick from all of the sauces! They were great to deal with made everything very easy and everything was delicious!
