Something has changed at Babettes since November 2021. The pizza and pastries used to be decadent and out of this world. Now, the pizza is soggy and the cookies and cakes are days old. I don’t know what happened. I would always wait in 30 min lines for the amazing food but now I cried. I hope the owners can hire some good bakers or I fear they won’t survive.
this is one of my favorite spots to stop for me or when I visit the city. the baked, brot and espresso drinks are some of the best I ever had. I would highly recommend this place for family, friends and strangers alike!
They run out of bread early in the day, so get there early. Their pizza is pretty hard to beat as they use really good ingredients. Grab a mortadella and mayonnaise sandwich if they have them--you won't be sorry.
One of the best bakery's ever! Amazing breads, pastry's, and desserts.Stop thinking Cake for Birthday's a get a work of art you won't want to eat because it's pretty, but tastes incredible!
