I placed an order at 6:45 for four meals and a chicken supreme pizza, but instead, I received a pepperoni pizza. I called multiple times to address the issue and was initially told that it was supposed to be pepperoni. Eventually, I insisted that this wasn’t correct. After many calls, they said they were busy but would send the correct pizza. Unfortunately, the replacement pizza didn’t arrive until three hours later, and I had to ask the delivery driver for a refund. He was very helpful and friendly, so I appreciate him for that. Overall, the service is declining quickly. They can’t maintain reasonable delivery times and seem unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes. Basic customer service is...
Everything is Great and Exquisite in this Fish and Chips Shop;First: the welcoming from the boss Mr. August and also from the very skillful chef at the fryer ... Secondly the cleanness everywhere you look and of course and mainly for the generous Cod Portion cooked à la perfection The Chips, neat and non greasy The option to have some lemon instead of vinegar without a fuss and condescendant remarks ....and certainly and mainly for the very good value for your money !!! The service was disappointing, and the staff were rude; there wasn’t even a greeting when I entered. Customers who arrived after me received their orders before I did. Even after I voiced my concerns, the staff seemed indifferent.
If you want a good kebab DO NOT go here steer well clear you will be regretting it for days you might as well go to the butchers and buy yourself some pig ears to munch on Book a table now
