We order from Bad Owl on a regular basis. Whether it be lunchtime delivery or board room platters, the packages are inexpensive, reliable and good quality. The owner Daniel is a brilliant Barrister who knows so much about the sourcing, creation, process and delivery of coffee. It's quite staggering as to how knowledgeable he is in this area. The team are always warm and welcoming. Overall it's great to see a local business doing well. Our accounts team use their online ordering facility on their website which is very easy and quick to use.
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in a while due to lockdown restrictions and was pleased to find that the quality of the coffee and service remained excellent. I brought my 2-year-old son along to introduce him to the place and he was warmly welcomed. It's great to hear that the team is expanding as well.
After having a car accident went into this coffee shop where the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great service and delicious food, they even gave us free drinks whilst we waited for the recovery service. Thank you definitely recommend this friendly business. Will use again.
We stopped by this restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious panini we had. The owner was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. We have definitely found our new favorite takeout spot in Colchester. Absolutely amazing!

We had parked at Butt Rd for a trip into town. On way back youngest was asking for chocolate cake so we popped in here. Only had that and a coffee/soft drink but fridge looked like it had a nice selection of things. Would head back for sure.
Never answer thier phone for orders.. this cannot be good for business and really inconvenient... they are loosing so much business this way..
Have had this twice now where I have ordered on JustEat and had the order cancelled! If you can not deliver why have it on there!
