Came to interlaken for vacation and thought of having some good Swiss food for the first time. So found that this restaurant was good in the town and I did call the restaurant couple of hours before we left to check if they are open and what time will they take last order. No one mentioned on call that a reservation is needed but when we stepped in for a table of 2 at 7 pm, Men in sweater approached and said we are booked until 9 pm but let me check and come back.. the way he talked after checking back was so rude and felt like he doesn't want us to get in. Any how, does not feel like good welcoming place for outsiders.
Wonderful experience always when i was here. I've been three times in the past three years and the food and atmosphere is always amazing. Its probably family run business. The owners are cool and hospitable. Last time i went we had huge order and everything tasted amazing. If you want to try fondue

The food was just so-so. It had a unique, pungent smell. It was a bit difficult after leaving the restaurant. I chose the wrong menu.. I thought it was Rösti with melted cheese, but it came out separately with Rösti. I was shocked. It was too big for me to eat alone.

We did not regret our choice: everything was very good (fondue, salad, vegetarian rosti, desserts), attentive and pleasant service, fair prices and all in a warm chalet atmosphere. We highly recommend
Great Swiss atmosphere on the outside terrace. Waiters were very accommodating with our preference of table/seating. Lovely wine and delicious Swiss Fondue
