Just as Amanda Review, First the original owner retired with the large store, this new store is down size.(2) At $2.25 a bagel, you can keep them ,cinnamon raisin no raisins or cinnamon (NoTaste at all, as for plain bagels there are terrible too! Try using real ingredients,Like bread flour,cinnamon,sugar, and if you are using them it’s time to find a new food distributor for ingredients.Because your bagels have no taste! I will give you credit for your bagels not being like (balloon bagels) “Work on it and your lines will be out the door! Or put the key in the door and call it day cause I’m done throwing food away! And getting ripoff ”Money comes to hard to make” All the best.
2 guys working the counter, total of 8 customers in the store, some of them already eating, and I couldn't get service. I waited 5+ minutes with no one ahead of me before being acknowledged at all, when the worker said he'll be right with me; then when he came back he went directly to a customer that came in after me without even making eye contact with me. So I left without getting to try the food. It smelled good and the bagels looked nice though.
Disappointing. $11 for a bfast special. Under $8 elsewhere. It’s not easy to be kosher, so I’m grateful for the location. Minimal selections. No fresh daily lunches. Food is bland. The utensils are the Cheapest of the cheapest. Make you think what they use for ingredients. Only good thing about this place is that’s its kosher and its location. The staff is pleasant. Goto any other BB’s. It’s easy to appreciate the difference.
The counter employees are extremely nice. The menu changed with the new owner and everything is extra charge. The breakfast wrap use to come with a side of coffee, not anymore that’s extra. The tuna salad use to come with a side pickle, that’s extra now. Everything got more expensive, and you’re getting less now. I paid$30 for a breakfast wrap, soup and coffee.

Was shopping with my wife in the area. Came across Bagel Boss. Looked so pretty from the outside. The place is immaculate. Customer service is stellar. And the food is delicious. You can sit and relax. Will recommend to our friends. Definitely come back. Great experience!!!
Plain bagel with cream cheese is $5.18 and a medium coffee is $3.58. Down the block you can go to My Three Sons (which was voted best bagels on Long Island and has excellent coffee) and get a plain bagel with cream cheese for $3.75 and a medium coffee for $2.25
Caveat emptor Not all bagels are fresh. The bagels we ordered were firm and stale. My jaws are hurting from the firmness. When I let the server know about the bagel quality she expressed no remorse and did not offer any compensation.
This place is terrible food sucks. Forgot to put ketchup on and they go and say that can’t put it on there bc it is opened. Forgot to give me my other bagel!!!!

All food is great . I hot bagels and tuna salads macaroni salads etc.. egg and cheese etc coffee all good
Expensive for bagels, but everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was very nice.
