The food at this restaurant is quite good, but my overall experience was not the best. I've noticed that the prices for the same item seem to vary depending on who's ordering, which is a bit concerning. Additionally, there were a few small errors, such as forgetting to include cheese or omitting other items. I plan to return, but I will definitely speak with the manager before placing my order next time. Thank you for addressing my concerns and providing excellent customer service.
I found the Bagel Cafe to be quite organized to say the least! You walk in, get on line and be surprised to place your order and get exactly what you asked for my mistakes! Great bagels, lox, cream cheese and red onions! That's how I like it and you'd be surprised how many times that order has gotten screwed up elsewhere... from Seaford to Amityville!
This restaurant is fantastic! The bagels are consistently fresh, and their white fish salad is excellent. I particularly enjoy the option that includes four eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, and cheese on a hero. The staff is super friendly and works efficiently. I visit often and always have a wonderful experience.
