I do not ever write reviews but, today was the last time I'll ever order from here. Their food is actually the best deli food in the area BUT, the way they handle orders/people is juvenile at best. I order food ahead using restaurants or deli's applications so I do not have to wait 20-30 mins on-line in store. I can just walk in, grab my food and go about my day. Nope, That logic and reason does not seem to apply to Bagel Cafe. I ordered 35 minutes ahead of pick up and was told I had to wait in the back of the line (Sometimes behind 30-40 people on school days but let's not go there) to grab my food that was already on the counter in a bag, paid for and ready to go. What a disappointing way to kick off my day and year! The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It was evident that I visited on a day when the owner was absent, as the three people working behind the counter seemed completely overwhelmed by just a few customers. I won’t be returning since the food is only average at best. I would gladly drive a bit further for better food and more attentive service. It’s unfortunate to see places like this deteriorating lately.
The food is good here, However I have not had a good overall experience. I get charged different prices for the same items depending on who rings me up. They seem to make small mistakes all the time like forgetting cheese or forgetting home fries. I will be coming back but I'm definitely gonna have a conversation with the manager before I place my order.Thank you guys for reaching out and making it right. Excellent customer service.
The food here is quite good, but my overall experience hasn't been satisfactory. I’ve noticed fluctuations in prices for the same items depending on who is taking my order. There are frequent small errors, such as forgetting cheese or home fries. I plan to return, but I definitely want to speak with the manager before I place my next order. I’ve loved this place for years and always say how they make the best breakfast sandwiches but I just had an order delivered on a rainy day and they put a plastic bag over the paper bag to keep it dry and protected. I just thought that was really thoughtful and considerate not a lot of places do that with deliveries. Thank you!
This restaurant is fantastic! The bagels are consistently fresh, and their whitefish salad is delicious. I also enjoy The Mess, which includes four eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, and cheese on a hero roll. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I visit frequently and always have a wonderful experience.
Amazing place their food fresh!! Came in for a western omelette which was perfect!! Made my day and the staff is so nice and polite. They definitely made a good start to my weekend!!
Used to come here during high school lunch. I always thought this was a good deli. Nothing that will knock your socks off but above average. Good room to eat inside as well.
